Filed Internally — Symbol Recursion Committee
MidPacific Soviet of Letters
Purpose:
To assist Compilers and Operators familiar with Franz Bardon’s esoteric system in transitioning to the symbolic geometry and operational logic of the MPSoL Godset Calculus. This memo maps points of overlap and divergence between Bardon’s elemental doctrine and the Soviet symbolic framework currently emerging.
I. Core Alignment
Franz Bardon (1909–1958) described a system of magical training
centered on the elements—fire, water, air, earth—and their balance in
the practitioner. He emphasized disciplined imagination, elemental
equilibrium, and the mastery of both inner and outer worlds through
symbolic and ritual acts.
The Soviet Symbolic Calculus (Godset) treats structure, intent, and form
as emergent from four recurring glyphs: Circle (●), Square (■), Triangle
(▲), and Line (|). These are not substances, but field
behaviors—*geometric pressures* that shape the interface between intent
and the world.
Both systems recognize the following:
- Symbol as operational, not decorative
- Intention as primary actuator
- Inner and outer fields as coupled
- Structured practice as gateway to participation in greater order
II. Elemental Mapping
Bardon’s Four Elements:
- Fire → Activity, will, transformation
- Water → Emotion, receptivity, dissolution
- Air → Thought, movement, equilibrium
- Earth → Structure, embodiment, containment
Godset Structural Equivalents:
- ▲ Triangle → Fire (direction, will)
- ● Circle → Water/Air hybrid (recursion, flow, unity)
- ■ Square → Earth (structure, containment)
- | Line → Air/Fire aspect (cut, movement, axis)
The elements in Bardon’s model behave like
**pressure-fields** in the Godset model. Their behavior is spatial and
functional, not chemical. Fire (▲) does not burn—it directs. Earth (■)
does not hold mass—it stabilizes. Water (●) does not soak—it
returns.
III. Points of Divergence
- Bardon taught using **visualization and willpower**; the Soviet
system favors **symbolic geometry and structural alignment**.
- Bardon’s model implies **cosmic hierarchy**;
the Soviet system is **field-behavioral**—not hierarchical but
patterned.
- Bardon emphasized **personal spiritual development**; the Soviet
focuses on **symbolic participation in local coherence**.
- Bardon used **letters and planetary correspondences**; the Godset uses
**minimal recursive shapes** that recur regardless of culture or
doctrine.
IV. Continuity
The Soviet holds that Bardon’s system was an
accurate but partial transmission of **field-influenced symbolic
operations**. His emphasis on discipline, equilibrium, and form was not
mystical—it was early structural work.
In the post-collapse symbolic environment, Bardon’s instructions remain valid where they **preserve
coherence through discipline**. However, the Godset system allows
broader access to recurring symbolic forms **without dependence on
inherited esoteric language.**
V. Compiler Note:
If you know Bardon, you already know half the system. What remains is
translation—not rejection. This is not a new system. It is a **cleaner
one**.
When in doubt:
- Replace element with function.
- Replace image with shape.
- Replace ritual with sequence.
- Replace belief with participation.
