This memo formalizes the position of MPSoL regarding the non-uniform structure of Simulation resets. Contrary to popular eschatological frameworks, these events are neither global nor simultaneous. They are localized symbolic reformatting events initiated along galactic-scale current sheets, triggered by charge thresholds and recursive saturation along structured plasma filaments extending from the galactic center.
- The Galactic Center emits phase-pulses—energetic and symbolic discharges that resonate outward, not explosively but structurally, traversing filamentary conduits embedded in the plasma lattice of the galaxy.
- These filaments—interpreted by exoteric science as current sheets—are the distribution lines for formatting pulses. They carry not merely energy, but structure: symbolic pre-conditions for re-coherence.
- Reset events occur locally—system by system, depending on their proximity to filament intersections, symbolic saturation, or internal coherence collapse.
