The object referred to as the Circuit Reliquary is not an artifact in Soviet possession. The MPSoL disavows any claims of having recovered, built, or housed such a schematic in physical form. It is treated solely as a symbolic theory construct arising from analysis within the Signal-Comprehension Department and the Concordat Dissolution Studies Unit.

The schematic describes a nested, non-Euclidean symbolic form. Not
drawn, but perceived by trained Operators under states of recursive
continuity meditation. The shape appears as a spiralized hexagon
embedded in a decagon, featuring resonance glyphs that correlate
with:
- Recursive consciousness states (cf. Leary's 8-circuit model)
- Kabbalistic emanation patterns (cf. Sephirot)
