The Complete Instrument

Not a retreat brochure.
The entire operating system.

The Field Weekend Protocols preserves a fictional Southern Annex program in exhaustive procedural form: timing, meals, movements, scripts, participant roles, sealed observations, internal assessments, later amendments, and the rules that keep shared-attention exercises bounded.

Pages of deployable structure

The foundational 2022 curriculum and its declassified reports occupy the first architecture. Annex B then carries the instrument into the authorized 2026 cycle with expanded relay blocks, GodSet and SCAD classification, statistical variants, containment amendments, Budget Committee authorization, and the instructor’s final assessment.

The Three-Day Rotation
Day One / Containment

Align the tempo.

Arrival controls, box-breath calibration, partnered gaze and narrative echo, narrative synchrony, silent coastal fieldwalk, written debrief, and a no-device night cooldown.

Day Two / Co-Perception

Constrain the image.

Guided co-visualization, symbol relay, asymmetrical information, sealed reporting, silent work, pattern analysis, and optional shoreline observation.

Day Three / Emergence

Compare without claiming.

Group silence, breath synchrony, imagery exchange, witnessing, private notes, closing procedure, departure controls, survey results, and internal assessment.

From calibration to classification.

The later curriculum does not merely add more exercises. It turns the weekend into a repeatable measurement environment with explicit roles, timing windows, reveal procedures, null results, sealed notes, and post-session grounding.

I

Box-Breath

Shared tempo and attention calibration through a repeatable 4-4-4-4 cycle.

II

Narrative Synchrony

Alternating sentences, constrained prompts, observer rotation, and convergence logging.

III

Co-Visualization

Participant, scribe, and observer separate imagery from interpretation.

IV

Symbol Relay

Privileged information, one-word reports, delayed reveal, and no success metric.

V–VIII

Relay Expansion

Sender-receiver imagery, emotional tone, Zener-style symbols, and full-group chain drift.

IX

GodSet Baseline

Card function, glyph, and color become controlled inputs for descriptor comparison.

X–XI

Fieldplate & Chain

Group convergence, layered spreads, multi-hop simplification, and collective SCAD.

XII

SCAD Archive

Operators compare proposed vectors to revealed targets and log the delta without hindsight.

What Makes This a Manual

Every instruction has a container.

Facilitator Language

Verbatim openings, posture instructions, mid-exercise reminders, transition language, closing scripts, and debrief questions—not just summaries of activities.

Roles & Rotation

Sender, receiver, participant, scribe, observer, and originator duties are separated so reporting remains legible and privileged information remains controlled.

Schedules & Logistics

Three complete days include locations, coordinates, meals, weather procedures, devices, silence periods, material return, baggage staging, and departure.

Field Notes

What to record, when to seal it, what counts as a descriptor, how to log null results, and how to compare without retrofitting a story.

Reports & Declassification

Public survey brief, classified field report, Plenary brief, executive summary, archival adjustment, and the discrepancy between official and internal readings.

2026 Amendment

Breath-synchronized variants, night carryover, statistical tracking, drift index, counter-drift reset, de-amplification, risk assessment, and authorized resource request.

“The retreat is no longer an experiment. It is an instrument.”
Executive Brief to the Plenary / FWP-90
Expectation & Safety Notice

Shared attention is never
coercive attention.

Voluntary and Bounded

The manual repeatedly permits participants to stop without penalty. Privacy, autonomy, non-intrusion, neutral prompts, sealed notes, and facilitator intervention are part of the architecture.

No Personal Excavation

Participants are told not to disclose medical or traumatic history and not to make psychological or diagnostic claims about another person’s inner experience.

No Extraordinary Claim

Convergence, imagery, breath carryover, or symbolic overlap are classified as phenomenological data—not proof of telepathy, causation, revelation, or special access.

Not Clinical Training

This is an experimental literary protocol set, not medical advice, psychotherapy certification, research validation, or a substitute for qualified facilitation and participant-specific safety judgment.

The tools used inside the manual.

The later Field Weekend blocks explicitly use GodSet cards, Fieldplates, cognitive geometry, and SCAD classification. These are operational companions, not generic recommendations. The 2026 material is preserved as an authorized amendment whose advanced scripts are identified in the book as abbreviated drafts.

The GodSet Formula Atlas

$30

The function, glyph, color, Fieldplate, and vector system used as controlled symbolic input throughout Blocks IX–XII.

Cognitive Geometry Toolkit

$30

The companion toolkit for structured imagery, shared form, symbolic mechanics, and applied group perception.

The McMurdo Drop Pack

$325

Move from one manual to a remote-node library: twenty-five MPSoL books selected for endurance under constrained conditions, including Field Weekend Protocols.

Core protocol shelf: $90 for Field Weekend Protocols, The GodSet Formula Atlas, and The Cognitive Geometry Toolkit when added individually. No invented discount; each title remains removable from the cart.
