The City Pack

This is not a collection. It is a distribution event.

The City Pack contains two hundred MPSoL titles configured for release into a populated environment. It does not assume a reader. It assumes a field: streets, rooms, surfaces, hands. It is calibrated for contact, not completion.

An archive preserves. A city requires repetition.

Each unit in the City Pack is selected for transmissibility: clarity under brief exposure, recognizability at a glance, the ability to hold attention long enough to register and then persist after separation. These are not works that require protection. They are works designed to circulate.

Redundancy is not excess. It is function.

Titles repeat across the Pack in controlled ratios. A single text appearing once is an object. A text appearing twenty times becomes a pattern. When encountered across multiple locations on a table, in a waiting room, on a seat, in a hand, the pattern stabilizes. Recognition forms. The work begins.

This Pack is not distributed all at once. It is released.

Placement is deliberate: high-traffic zones, quiet corners, transitional spaces where attention drifts and objects are noticed without resistance. The objective is not coverage. It is recurrence. The same title, seen twice in different places, produces a different effect than a single encounter. The third encounter confirms it.

The City Pack is designed for operators who understand that influence is not declared. It is accumulated.

No single copy is critical. Loss is expected. Removal is acceptable. What matters is density over time: the gradual emergence of familiarity across a dispersed environment. The Pack does not seek acknowledgment. It seeks presence.

This is not about readership. It is about saturation.
